I'm a paper crafter, and that's what I LOVE to do! But I've also been making some cakes lately, and this is one I made my little brother when he had his tonsils taken out a while back. To make his mouth, I just used a solo cup, set down in the cake, and iced. He loved it, so I guess it was a job well done...
